Key highlights:

  • Led GTM operations:

    • 11 new supported languages, including Ukrainian when Russia invaded the country. 

    • LinkedIn Games portfolio including 6 games that drove 2X WAU. 

  • Conducted mixed methods user research that resulted in:

    • Multi-language profile management features based on quantitative behavioral data and user interviews. ​

    • Connections Leaderboard by monitoring feedback loops across multiple channels.

Growth Marketing Manager / Program Manager

I experimented with innovative digital product and brand experiences to accelerate growth. 

Key highlights:

  • Leveraged modular web and email design to drive higher engagement and conversion rates. Successes and learnings were shared to the entire NA commercial team.

  • Developed persona-based marketing strategies using intent and behavioral signals. 

  • Launched HP's commercial first Augmented Reality direct mail campaign for selected accounts. 

I started at HP as a Program Manager responsible for rolling out the CMO-driven Digital Marketing Transformation in North America but gradually shifted to marketing over the 2.5 years there. As a Program Manager, one of the most exciting projects I worked on was directly with HP's Chief Marketing Officer for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics brand ads: Parallel Lives and Orchestra, a $XXM project.

I elevated user experience as a core pillar for the product strategy and focused on simplifying complex technologies for both customers and sales. 

Key highlights:

  • Partnered with Engineering to develop the product's first monitoring GUI to replace a CLI-only experience). ​

  • Defined the roadmap for a revamped HPC & AI architecture and traveled internationally to train sales and promote to customers. 

  • Launched a cross-product solution that significantly reduced customers' TCO, influencing $3M in prequalified pipeline. 

  • Oversaw the strategic shift from perpetual to subscription-based pricing to establish recurring revenue, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Procurement.
